1. Any delivery fees/costs?

Delivery is free for purchases totaling $50 and above. For anything less, there is a $8 fee.

2. How will it be delivered?

For local deliveries, we will be using NinjaVan.

3. When will it be delivered?

We will send out the goods to be delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. However, the time it takes to get to your location can range from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the courier service itself.

Your shipping orders will be updated with a tracking number provided once sent out, via a notification on this website when you are logged in.

4. Overseas delivery?

Currently, we have expended our overseas delivery for Southeast Asia. Stay tuned to our newsletter or Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/TheOrganicSanctuary/) for when this will be available others country, and other updates!
